Introducing Harbour Lights' Old Point Loma. The Old Point Loma Lighthouse was originally built 462' above the water -this was the highest lighthouse in U.S. History. Since it was obscured by low clouds, it was replaced in 1891 by a shorter light, more easily seen by ships.
