Located on the bay, in beautiful San Diego Seaport Village since 1980, Captains Cove offers a unique selection of nautical gifts, pirate booty and collectables from all over the world.

SHIPPING POLICIES: Ordering online just got better! We ship all in-stock orders within one business day (so long as the item is in stock). While rare, occasionally products become sold out and placed on backorder. In such a rare case, we will contact you and let you know, giving you an ETA and the option to cancel the order if it is going to be too long. Promotional discounts and free shipping cannot be combined.
Rates on our website are for Continental US shipping ONLY.
How long will it take to get my order?The answer to that question will depend on how far you are from our warehouse in San Diego, California. Transit time typically ranges from 2-6 business days depending on your distance from our location. If you are in need of an item quicker than ground allows for, we do have 3-day 2-day and Overnight delivery services available at competitive rates. Also, please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday and Sunday when calculating the number of days in transit. If you have already placed an order, you can track it via the link in your order confirmation email at any time.
SALES TAX: If you are ordering outside of the state of California, you won't pay any sales tax! If you are shipping to an address in California, you will be charged sales tax on your purchase of 8.75%.
DAMAGES: Theres nothing to worry about when you shop with us. All products purchased on this website are insured when shipped. If you receive a damaged package, all you have to do is call us and we will handle the rest. A replacement typically is shipped within 24 hours. We do ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it. DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY! If you take longer than 72 hours to contact us with a damage claim, the shipping company won't let us file an insurance claim, so please call us right away if you receive something damaged.
SECURE SHOPPING: Orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected.
PRIVACY ONLINE: We are committed to ensuring your privacy as our customer. Captain's Cove does not sell or exchange names or information about our customers.
Our "No Hassle" returns policy: If you are not satisfied with a product, for any reason, return it to the Captain's Cove in the original packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will promptly refund the full price less actual shipping charges. Clothing must be returned in new, unworn condition. Costumes are not returnable. If requesting a refund, include your credit card # and exp. date. If requesting an exchange, please be specific as to what item or size you are exchanging it for.
